Designed the mobile banking app from the ground up, defining its core structure and user experience. The app was recognized in 2016 as one of the best mobile banking apps in Poland, with ratings improving from 2.8 to 4.6.

About
Hi, I’m Maciek.
I have over 15 years of experience designing digital products. I live in northern Poland, near Gdańsk, and over the past few years I’ve worked closely with international teams, combining remote work with regular trips to the United States — a rhythm of work I’m comfortable with and genuinely enjoy.
Over time, my role has expanded beyond designing interfaces. I’ve been responsible for structuring product thinking, supporting key decisions, and shaping how teams approach complex problems — both as an individual contributor and in leadership roles.
Most of my work has been in fintech, banking, and enterprise software — environments where products are complex, constrained, and closely tied to real-world operations.
I shape how product, operations, and engineering come together — focusing on aligning teams around decisions and making complex systems work in practice.
I’m most interested in problems where design directly impacts how a business operates — influencing speed, cost, and the ability to scale.
